H-Type Layer Battery Cage System for 20,000 Chickens Poultry Farm in Ghana
Project Overview
In 2025, a poultry farmer in Ghana partnered with LIVI Machinery to establish a modern egg production facility using the H-Type Layer Battery Cage System. The goal was to raise 20,000 laying hens with high productivity, minimal labor, and efficient space usage.
To meet these expectations, LIVI designed a complete turnkey solution featuring 4-tier H-type cages, automated feeding and egg collection systems, and a full climate control setup for a closed chicken house. The result was a streamlined, low-maintenance farm with consistent egg output and excellent hen health.
