Deep Litter System for 60,000 Broilers Poultry Chicken Farm in Nigeria
This project is located in Nigeria, where a commercial poultry farming client planned to build a 60,000 broilers chicken farm using the deep litter system. The farm consists of 6 separate poultry houses, each designed to raise 10,000 broilers per cycle.
The client’s goal was to maximize production while minimizing initial investment, opting for a floor-rearing system with partial automation to simplify daily operations. After multiple consultations, the client selected LIVI Machinery as the equipment supplier for all 6 poultry houses.

- Feed Pipe: Hot-dip galvanized steel, durable and anti-corrosive
- Feed Hopper: Connects to silo or manually loaded bin
- Feed Capacity: 30–40 birds per pan, sufficient for high stocking rate
Automatic Drinking System
- Nipple Drinkers: Installed on PVC round water lines
- Drinking lines: 5 lines per house
